Solution

The solution is either  break the Teaming on the host network adapters or removing  all "offloading" on all the network adapters and the Team. Both on the host and the Exchange servers.

IPv4 Checsum Offload  Disabled
Large Send Offload Ver. 2 (ipV4) Disabled
Large Send Offload Ver. 2 (ipV6) Disabled
TCP Checksum Offload (ipv4)  Disabled

UDP Checksum Offload (ipv4)  Disabled
UDP Checksum Offload (ipv6)  Disabled

Comments

  4. NIC with Full TCP/UDP offload is always the best choice. The word TOE refers to network interface cards itself, even if the board of circuit engineers normally utilize it for the referring to included circuit which is built in the cards that process many TCP headers.
Thanks for sharing nice or decent information here...please keep update
